Directions: Its essential to shave and exfoliate your body first, then starting at your legs apply up the body in sections. For the face avoid going over eyebrows and make sure to blend in along hairline, ears and back of neck. It may be helpful for someone to do your back. Can be applied a few days in a row for a deeper tan. Wash hands afterwards but avoid washing the top of your hands, or use gloves to apply. For best results, apply a body lotion or oil daily to help extend and fade evenly.  Several whole body applications from one 4 oz bottle. Do not apply near rugs in bathroom. Best if done a few hours before going to bed. Avoid sweating and being near water after applying.
